President Uhuru Kenyatta sobs as he watches KDF bosses race against one another.

President Uhuru Kenyatta busted out laughing on Wednesday as he watched Kenya Defense Forces commanders compete in a 4x100m relay competition.

The track event was one of the games held at President Kenyatta's new Ulinzi Sports Complex in Lang'ata Barracks.

Participants came from a variety of KDF units, including Manda Bay camp, Moi Airbase, Laikipia Airbase, Kahawa Barracks, and the Artillery Brigade.

President Kenyatta began smiling and smacking his palm on his chair even before the race began, when he saw several of the competitors take to the track.

As soon as the race began, the head of state could be seen pointing at some of the competitors and laughing excessively.

The race was so amusing that Uhuru erupted into tears, stamping his foot on the ground and covering his eyes.

Moi Airbase won the race, followed by the 8th Brigade and Laikipia Airbase in third place.

President Kenyatta was seated alongside KDF Chief of Defence, General Robert Kibochi, who, like President Kenyatta, laughed so hard that tears streamed down his face.
