According to the bill, anybody who incites Kenyans along the hustler versus dynasties slogan will be imprisoned for five and face a penalty of up to Fifteen Million shillings. That is a great set back to the deputy president and the entire hustler nation faction. The tweet reads:” Deputy President William Ruto’s ‘hustlers versus dynasties’ campaign slogan could soon land him and his political allies in jail, in addition to being banned from holding public office, if a proposed Bill is passed into law.” The message read.
