Charity Ngilu On Dp Ruto's Camp Makes Comparison On Devolution Plans Between Ruto And Raila

Azimio la Umoja brigade has expressed their support for a trickle-down economy where, money is allocated to the top government institutions, before flowing to the normal mwananchi. While their competitors Kenya Kwanza alliance is advocating for the bottom-up economy where more funds will be allocated to Mwanachi first before ascending to the top institutions.

The incumbent and outgoing governor of Ukambani, Kitui county, Charity Ngilu has castigated their opponents that Dp Ruto has been against devolution, and at the same time talking about bottom-up the economy, she added that he couldn't achieve the mission yet he does not want more resources allocated to Counties.

Ngilu said that Raila's regime will see funds being allocated and the economy being revived at the word level.
