Top Lawyer Alleges Scandal On How Borrowed Money Was Shared 50:50 During Uhuru's Reign

Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has given a Statement today through his verified Twitter page alleging he's informed that during the last months of Uhuru's administration, the money that was borrowed from the international lenders didn't all find was into the Central Bank Of Kenya.

" When GOK borrows from external sources the dollars borrowed are sold to Central Bank of Kenya and form part of the reserve. I'm informed that dollars borrowed from international development partners in the last months of Uhuru Administration didn't find its way to CBK. " He stated.

He further stated that instead, the money was shared halfway where the CBK took half while the statehouse/ treasury took half of it to allegedly pay funds mHe further posed if that was a possible heist.

" Instead the money was shared 50:50 whereby CBK took half to the national reserve and Treasury/State House took 50% allegedly to pay pending bills in foreign currency to Chinese Contractors. So is this the Goldenberg like heist Gov @njorogep referred to? "He posed.

" In my view H.E @WilliamsRuto should not clear both Gov Njoroge and CS @BaloziYatani until all dollar inflows into the country during the last one year are accounted for and CBK reserves are audited." He added.
