Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino has today been told that there's no need of violence at all ahead of August general elections in his constituency today by DP Ruto's close ally.
This comes after it has been alleged that he promotes violence in the region after a section of youths who were at Jacaranda today attacked the second in command. According to the video clip shared online, Garissa township member of parliament Aden Duale allegedly attacked Babu Owino in his own constituency telling him that he will lose in the coming elections if he continues to promote violence and he is still young.
"Nataka kuambia Babu Owino hivi, hawezi shinda kwa uchaguzi kama bado anajihusisha na vita, vita haisaidii na bado yeye ni kijana mdogo sana. " Duale said
This comes after it was alleged that a section of youths who are ODM supporters attacked the second in command together with his troop while at Jacaranda today. Thus, this raised concerns in DP Ruto's camp. Watch this video from 1:50 minutes to 3:20 minutes. Video
