Another Boost To Ruto As A Mt. Kenya Politician Joins UDA From A Rival Party (Photos)

Hours after deputy president William Ruto welcomed Makueni deputy governor to his United Democratic Alliance party, his presidential bid has bid boosted again with the latest signing.

The latest to join Ruto's United Democratic Alliance party is Hon Maina Munene who is eying the Laikipia North parliamentary seat, the politician has decamped from The service party belonging to former Agriculture cabinet secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri who fell out with Ruto and the United Democratic Alliance party.

"Deputy president William Ruto welcomes Naina Munene, Laikipia North parliamentary aspirant to UDA, Mr. Munene has decamped from the Service party" Ruto's United Democratic Alliance party posted on their social media pages.

This is a huge blow to Mwangi Kiunjuri who is keen on making his party popular in the mount Kenya region, it is on the other hand a big boost for Ruto and his party as he seeks to make UDA a national party.
