For the past few days, Anne Waiguru has been dominating headlines in the country. That is because of her moves that have been leaving many Kenyans confused. At one point, she seemed like she has already joined Deputy President William Ruto's camp and at the next moment, she looks like she is a strong ally of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Just a day ago, the Kirinyaga county Governor played host to President Uhuru Kenyatta in Kirinyaga county. In that meeting, at least Waiguru, Wangui Ngirici, Karanja Kibicho and others met for the first time in a period of time and today, the famous governor has talked again.
Through her official twitter account, Anne Waiguru came out to send a warm message to President Uhuru Kenyatta. That is because she publicly admitted that it was a pleasure to host the Head of State.
"It was a pleasure to host His Excellency the President, Uhuru Kenyatta for an extensive tour of Thiba Dam in Gichugu and the projects water intake at Kandongu. Once complete, It will facilitate realization of maximum output from Mwea irrigation scheme." Tweeted Anne Waiguru.
