Kenya Kwanza Alliance principals and leaders are in Coast region for a two-day political tour. Yesterday they toured Taita Taveta and Kilifi counties for a series of political rallies.
The Kenya Kwanza Alliance brigade is led by deputy president William Ruto, ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi, FORD Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula, Mathira legislator Rigathi Gachagua among other UDA allied leaders.
Today the chopper carrying deputy president landed at Kinango in Kwale county ahead of his rallies in the county before heading to Mombasa county. He was accompanied by Mathira legislator Rigathi Gachagua and Kikuyu legislator Kimani Ichungwa.
Kwale governor Salim Mvurya led Kwale UDA leaders in warmly welcoming deputy president William Ruto in the county. Deputy president and his Kenya Kwanza Alliance leaders are scheduled to address a mega rally in Kinango Town.
Other Kwale UDA allied leaders who were on the ground to welcome the second in command in Kinango includes; Kwale deputy governor Fatuma Achani, Kinango legislator Benjamin Tayari, Msambweni legislator Feisal Badal among other UDA officials.
Deputy president William Ruto is scheduled to address another mega rally in Likoni grounds in company of ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi and FORD Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula. He will later terminate his two-day Coast tour by addressing a mega rally at Tononoka grounds in Mombasa county.
