"We Have a New Station Called TINGA TV" Wamuchomba Joins Ruto's Allies in Castigating Citizen TV

Kiambu County Woman Representative Gathoni Wamuchomba has joined fellow leaders from Ruto's camp in castigating Citizen TV citing political News biasness.

Taking to the social media, the outspoken leader claimed that she has been following news from the station for the past seven days and she has indeed noted that political news are skewed towards Raila Odinga.

She gave an instance of last night where she claimed that the station aired news on Raila's campaign for about 7 minutes while filling with those of Ruto for only two minutes.

She claimed that Citizen TV lacked fair play calling upon Communications Authority to ensure the standard is met, adding that Kenyans will otherwise interpret that there is a new station dubbed TINGA TV.

"Else, we shall be forced to interpret that we have a new TV station called TINGA TV," read part of her statement.

Her remarks comes shortly after other Ruto's associates protested over the same issue. Led by digital strategist Dennis Itumbi, the leaders claimed that the station is being used to campaign for Raila Odinga just like the America's Fox News was used by Trump.

MP Kimani Ichungwa and Caleb Kositany however affirmed that the will of the people will standout in the long last.
