Kenyans React As President Uhuru Finally Breaks Silence on BBI Fallout, Reveals His Next Move -Video

The Head of State, His Excellency Uhuru Mwigai Kenyatta has finally cleared the air after the fallout of the Building Bridges Initiative while addressing the residents of Nairobi County today.

The Initiative's Appeal was thrown out by the Court of Appeal after being declared null and void to stand for the amendment process. President Uhuru has now told Kenyans that his major aim of supporting BBI was not to create a space for himself to remain in government after 2022 but rather, for the benefit of Kenyans.

With that he revealed that now that the bill has been thrown out, his next move is to ensure that the big four agendas that he promised Kenyans earlier in 2013 and 2017 that includes quality health care services, water & electricity supplies, schools and infrastructure are achieved before he exits office in 2022.

He (President Uhuru) also added that despite all the challenges, he will remain focused to move across the country to check on what has been done, identify gaps and act on them accordingly to fulfill his political promise to all Kenyans.
