Mizani Africa have today released an opinion poll for Homabay county. This, for all positions. Governor, senator and the parliamentary seats. In the Woman representative seat race, Joyce Ochogo Bensuda has been placed at the top with 45.3%. She is vying on an ODM ticket having won in the ODM nominations held in April.

Molline Ngala Marucha comes second in the rankings with 25.5%. She is vying on an independent ticket. She was also second in the nomination that was held by ODM in April. She will be riding on the agenda and not party narrative that is currently sweeping across Nyanza.

Former assistant minister late Ojode's wife Mary comes third in the ranking. She unsuccessfully had a stint when her husband passed on but then she is back with an independent ticket this time. Easter Ogweno from Suba is fourth.

Some candidates did not however feature as their rankings were so low.
