Minority leader Hon Opiyo Wandayi has said that Siaya deputy Governor William Oduol should immediately resign before the County Assembly impeach him after his recent fight with governor James Orengo.
According to him there truth in corruption alleges against Siaya Governor William Oduol in recent days.

"I have followed, with keen interest, the recent developments in the county government of Siaya. I have noted with great concern, the widening gulf and discordance between the offices of governor and deputy in the past few weeks. The climax was the ugly and violent disruption of a funeral attended by both Governor James Orengo and deputy Governor William Oduol on 13th may 2023 in Alega Constituency". Said Hon. Opiyo Wandayi Minority leader of the National Assembly.
It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming days if Siaya deputy Governor William Oduol will resign before his impeachment or not.
