Former Agriculture minister and former Cherengany constituency member of Parliament Kipruto Arap Kirwa, has Accused president William Ruto of Selfishness.
He argued that the president can not build institutions since he has never believed in their independence. According to him, the president only believes in himself and whatever is good for him, he thinks is good for the country.
The former powerful minister further accused Ruto of misusing former president Uhuru Kenyatta's cabinet by approving the importation of GMO just days to the their exit from the office. According to him, this was disrespect to the constitution.
"If I was to analyze our President William Ruto, he is not a person who can build institutions. He believes in himself, and therefore, whatever works for him is best for the country, he should not have used Uhuru's Cabinet to unban GMO" Kirwa stated.
