With the August general elections getting nearer and nearer, political leaders who are seeking an elective seat are busy campaigning their bids.
Hon Paul Ongili Owino is the current member of Parliament of Embakasi East and he is seeking to defend his seat under the ODM party. However, Hon Babu Owino is facing stiff competition from UDA Party candidate Hon Francis Mureithi.
And now, Hon Babu Owino while revealing a scheme to disrupt the Women's meeting in Embakasi East tomorrow has revealed that his popularity for Embakasi East is still at 78% and is being followed by 12% which compose of undecideds.
"...my approval rating Embakasi East currently stands at 78%. My biggest competitor is Undecideds at 12%. This is a clear indicator of the good work we have done with and for the great people of the constituency. My opponents will be better advised to work harder to overturn these facts," reads part of Hon Owino's Facebook post.
