Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindike stated that the program will begin immediately in January of the next year. But he asserts that this will help every community in the area of unrest where there is now consensus.
He added that each corp will be fully equipped including the chief himself. Therefore, the government is available to offer over 300,000 corps to assist in the strategy hence giving the regulation to take all the felons to the bench or use other means essential when logical.
