The vocal MP has accused H.E Kenyatta of his failure to appoint the holder of the position since 2014 alleging that H.E Uhuru appointed Monica Juma who the the national assembly turned down but since then the president has never considered appointing another person.Duale: I will move new Division of Revenue Bill next week

''President Uhuru Kenyatta, since 2014 you did not appoint Secretary to the Cabinet. You appointed Monica Juma, I was the Leader of Majority and the House rejected it. You have two months to leave that office, you are going home for retirement and the chairman of that committee is missing,'' said Duale.

''You must appoint the Secretary to the Cabinet, who shall become the chairman of the assumption of office,'' he added.
