In his message of Condolence, the country's second in command has arguably stated that he met the late Ian during a Boda boda meeting in Meru last month undoubtifully in one of his empowerment programs.
It's through his message that Kenyans learnt that Ian passed on at the age of 25 years. Ruto has eulogised Ian as a man who had grand plans and dreams to life especially to his son.
"Rest well my Friend and God comfort your Family, the bodaboda riders you hustled with everyday in Meru and all your friends." Posed the Deputy President.
However, sneaky Kenyans were quick to judge the rare case. "But this Sugoi man knows people! Even bodaboda operators! The hustler thing may be real," Simon Kilonga exclaimed. And just like him, many other Netizens have been left sparking the DP's post.
@Lennox Katana; At least the dp can moun any person anywhere regardless of their position and how small they are unlike other leaders who only moun the dynasties and they need hustlers during elections only.
