Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi has dismantled the Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta over his latest move of appointing seven members of the selection panel for the selection of nominees for the appointment of the members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, IEBC.
On his twitter page, the LSK Boss has dropped a bombshell at the Head of State saying that he is the chief perpetrator of violations of the constitution and impunity. According to Havi, the above allegations makes Kenya a doomed country.
According to Havi, the President in his appointment has not followed the requirements of the constitution.
Havi has further dismantled those Kenyans cheering the above mentioned move made by Uhuru Kenyatta telling them that they are forgetting so easily that that is exactly how the Former President Mwai Kibaki almost drove Kenya to a near apocalypse.
''Doomed is a Country where the President of the Republic is the chief perpetrator of violations of The Constitution and impunity. Those cheering these nonsense forget easily that this exactly how President Mwai Kibaki drove Kenya to a near apocalypse. I have done my part,'' Nelson Havi noted on his twitter page.
