Azimio Coalition Reveals Regions Which They Perceive as Their Strongholds Ahead of August Polls

With less than 33 days to the August General Elections, Presidential candidates are busy moving around the entire parts of Kenya as they publicize their campaigns.

Several polls and other political analysts have identified William Ruto, the deputy president, and Raila Odinga as the two leading candidates to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.

And now, the Kenya Kwanza Alliance camp has been outclassed by the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition in the regions where they will win the most votes.

In the impending general elections in August, they have designated Nyanza, Coast, Western, Nairobi, Eastern, North Eastern, and Mount Kenya as Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition strongholds.

The Azimio camp is the only one to predict that Rift Valley will vote resoundingly in favor of Deputy President William Ruto. The second in command is mostly depending on votes from Mount Kenya and the Rift Valley to advance him to the most powerful elective position in the nation.
