ODM Alleges A Serious Electoral Malpractice In Bonchari, Threatens To Unleash Supporters To Act

The Orange Democratic Movement party has threatened to invite its supporters to act if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission can't act after election materials were allegedly spotted being transported to the residence of a local area chief in Bonchari constituency.

The party has alleged that ballot boxes stuffed with ballot papers have been delivered at the residence of chief Truphosa located near Entangle polling stations.

"We are aware that two ballot boxes stuffed with ballot papers have been delivered at the residence of area Chief Madam Truphosa, 100 metres from the Entange Polling Stations awaiting to be ferried there. If IEBC Kenya will not act, we shall invite our supporters to act." The party stated.

ODM has had hard time in the ongoing by-elections in Bonchari after several cases of intimidation by government agencies especially the security agencies, the party has been releasing statements hitting at the government. The race is between three giant parties, ODM, UDA, Jubilee party.
