As a result of William Ruto's appearance at the Supreme Court, it appears that the Supreme Court has taken an important step against him, which is bad news for the next President of Kenya. It happens when a coalition petition is officially heard by the Supreme Court.
The Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) said from the Supreme Court that Mr Odinga will have access to all election servers and ballot boxes in its 15 polling stations on Tuesday to inspect, verify and recount votes was ordered to done.
The latest details provided by reliable sources indicate that a number of errors were discovered, including incomplete Form 34A, failure to seal rejected ballot papers and missing physical records of voters.
At polling stations 2 out of 3 in Chepktung, it was revealed that Laila Odinga, leader of Kenya's Azimio La Umoja One coalition, had her votes stolen from Raila Odinga and voted for President-elect William his way.
The absence of Form 34A was explained by several returning officers.
