Earlier this week the president effected some changes in regards to the education docket where education principal secretary Belio Kipsang was effectively transferred to another docket.
According to people's daily, frosty working relations between Belio Kipsang and Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha necessitated the changes.
Sources revealed that after Maghoha was stripped of human resource management powers in the education ministry, the said powers and priviledges were handed over to Belio Kipsang.
This happened after Maghoha was captured on video humiliating Education director of Uasin Gishu Gitonga Mbaka. Apparently, after the said changes, relations between the PS and the CS deteriorated badly prompting a need for reshufle.
Meanwhile the president apparently used this opportunity to effect more changes in the cabinet in a bid to ensure the big four agenda that he promised to deliver will be achieved before the expiry of his term come next year on August.
What do you think of the changes?
