The DP first started his rallies at Homa Bay, before going back to Migori county, where he visited a number of places.
It is, however, at MP Junet Mohamed's hometown that Ruto was overwhelmingly received by residents, who painted Migori town Yellow.
Speaking in Suna East, Ruto once again launched his indirect attacks on opposition chief Raila Odinga, urging Migori residents to ignore those who have no agenda for the country and support his presidency.

"As we had planned in the Big Four, we will change the economy so as to create jobs for the youth. Those who are competing with us wako na madharau sana. Before we create positions for them through BBI, we should create jobs for all our graduates who don't have jobs" he stated.
"They should first wait for us to change our economy before they come here with BBI telling us to change our constitution...bottom-up is the way to go, are we all in agreement?" Said Ruto amid wild cheers from the crowd
Ruto recounted how he stood with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga until he got the premier seat as well as president Uhuru Kenyatta, adding that he is determined to also stand with Kenyans in 2022 so as to create jobs for them.
While donating a total of Ksh2 million to small-scale businessmen of Migori, Ruto reiterated that he will ensure that 50 billion shillings are set aside for the micro-businesses and enterprises in the country.
Among the areas Ruto visited included Masara, Suna West, Migori County, Homa Bay Town,
