George Koimburi, has now thanked Deputy President William Ruto, Moses Kuria amongst other Tangatanga Allies who worked hard to ensure that the will of the people of Juja wasn't overturned by afew individuals who wanted to rig the election last night.
Addressing the residents of Juja and his supporters minutes after being declared the winner, Koimburi has now thanked Kenyans who prayed for him and supported him via various ways. He has recounted that were it not for the support of Kenyans, he wouldn't have won.
In regards to President Uhuru Kenyatta, unlike what Kenyans expected, George Koimburi said that it's time for Kenyans to behave maturely as far as politics are concerned. He has reported that he holds no personal grudges with the President, adding that in the political arena there are no parmanent enemies.
"I want to says that were it not for these three men (Ruto, Kangata, Kuria), I would have carried the day. With the assistance of Kenyans of Good Will, I have indeed managed to carry the seat and I Really thank God. To Uhuru, you still remain as my friend and the leader of this nation," Koimburi said.
In their response, Moses Kuria, Irungu Kangata and Ndindi Nyoro leading a group of happy supporters celebrated the victory.
