On Friday January 28, President Uhuru Kenyatta met with senior internal Security Officials from National Government Administration Office and the National Police Service at state house Nairobi.
The president discussed the country's security matters following recent attacks especially by the Alshabab militias.The Internal Cabinet Secretary,Fred Matiang'i appreciated Uhuru Kenyatta for his support to the security officers.He thanked Uhuru Kenyatta for improving the security chiefs welfare during his rule.
Fred Matiang'i assured the president that the security chiefs will remain committed in delivering their services to Kenyans.
President Uhuru Kenyatta thanked the security chiefs and promised to support them especially in this campaign period so as to ensure that the country remains peace ahead of the August general elections.
The president requested the officials to sensitise kenyans on the voluntary vaccination exercise in campaign to ensure that many kenyans get vaccinated.
