Saitabao Ole Kanchory, the chief agent of Azimio, has threatened to sue Citizen TV news anchor Trevor Ombija in retaliation for what Ombija said to Raila Odinga. Ombija was the target of Kanchory's comments. Odinga currently serves as the ODM's leader.
On Tuesday night, Raila will be attending a night show thanks to an invitation he received. There, he discussed both his plan for the future and the circumstances that led to his failure in the past.
Kanchory claims that Raila erroneously cited him in response to a query posed by the journalist Ombija on August 9 regarding the events that transpired in relation to the election.
Ombija claims that Azimio's loss was due to "disorganized campaigns and agents not being paid," and he bases this assertion on Kanchory. Ombija supports his claim by citing Kanchory in his argument.
Kanchory has distanced himself from the remarks made by Ombija, which called for an apology before Ombija went to court. You may read Kanchory's statement by clicking here.
During the meeting, the pioneer of the ODM urged Kenyans not to get the impression that he had been defeated in the poll that had been held on August 9. He has made it clear that he does not intend to leave his job in the foreseeable future at this time.
Both the Kenya Kwanza alliance and the Azimio One Kenya alliance have made it clear that they are interested in taking part in the burgeoning presidential race in Kenya, which is only starting to take shape. In the event that Raila wants to run for a sixth term as president, allies of the Jubilee party have already declared that they would back him in this endeavor.
