His Excellency President Uhuru's struggles to makes major endeavours under his government before he exits office next year have now been wrestled down after Deputy President William Ruto's foot battalion, Garrisa Member of Parliament Honourable Aden Duale issued sharp critics on Thursday.
Speaking during a meeting that was held in Narok County in presence of the Bottom-up Economic Model Chief mobilizer, Dr William Ruto, Honourable Aden Duale censured President Uhuru together with his handshake brother, former prime minister Raila Odinga for the country's inability to meet most of the citizen's needs as they were promised.
MP Duale distanced the deputy president from the failures in the Jubilee government claiming that he was denied a chance to execute State projects and services especially since Honourable Raila Odinga and President Uhuru joined hands through the famous 'handshake'.
With that, he also added that deputy president William Ruto should never be questioned for not delivering especially on matters pertaining State functions because his place was taken by RT. Raila Odinga. He then pointed out that Dr Ruto could have delivered plentifully just like he did during his first term in office as the Second in Command if it were not for the 'handshake' that led to emergence of a number of splits.
