Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga has declared that if IEBC doesn't use manual register then they will be no election in Kenya.Speaking at Githunguri today Raila Odinga said that manual register is a must to accompany the electronic voter identification.
Raila Odinga's team is complaining that Wafula Chebukati is siding with Ruto's side and that they might be election rigging in August.Raila has already raised 7 issues that Chebukati should deal with before elections.
IEBC had already promised that it is not going to use manual register something that Ruto was comfortable with but Raila and his team rejected. That forced IEBC to accept that manual register will be used something that ODM is doubting.
Earlier on Raila Odinga unlike other years had already expressed his confidence that IEBC will conduct a fair and free election but lately his team has been complaining of how Chebukati is playing games with Ruto's team including printing of ballot papers.
