When asked about his rejection of the popular Building Bridges Initiative procedure, DP William Ruto expressed his disappointment. The self-proclaimed Chief Hustler chimed in, declaring unequivocally that he was not opposed to BBI.

"Who told you I was opposed to BBI? I believe you are mistaken. Some chapters in the BBI Document were designed to address the concerns of some people in our country."

"As a result, the Court found it to be Null, Void, and Unconstitutional. President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and Raila Odinga each had their own self-interests."

According to the DP, even President Uhuru Kenyatta, as well as everyone else, should follow court decisions because Kenya is governed by the rule of law rather than by men.

"We are a law-abiding nation, not a law-abiding nation, and while some court decisions have been disregarded, everyone, including myself, believes in the rule of law."
