United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Chairman Johnson Muthama has broken silence on the tragedy sending a strong message to President Uhuru Kenyatta, as well as to elected leaders.

In his remarks, Muthama has stated the tragedy should be a lesson to elected leaders to always do the right thing while in those positions for the benefit of their electorate.

The aspiring Machakos County Governor has sent a strong message to President Uhuru Kenyatta stating that the Head of State should issue a directive for the road to be closed immediately and mobilize KDF to do a bridge across that River within two (2) weeks.
