According to the polls, the KANU candidate is the most popular and enjoys a popularity rating of 45.7%. This is despite spirited fight by deputy president William Ruto to fully take control of the regions that have in the past been perceived as strongholds of the Independence Party KANU.

Raymond is being followed by United Democratic Alliance party candidate Paul Chebor who enjoys a popularity rating of 41.1% making the race to appear tight between him and the incumbent Raymond.

Position three has been taken by Andrew Kibet Komen who enjoys a popularity rating of 9.9% as those who are yet to decide on their Preffered member of Parliament candidate in the August General Elections stans at 3.3%.
