Hon. Raila Odinga had today toured Naivasha to drum for support on his presidential bids ahead of the 2022 elections. Ruto on the other side was in Nyanyuki speaking to the hustlers and requesting Kenyans to vote for him in 2022 while Mudavadi toured Muranga to tell Kenyans that he is the best candidate who can deliver to Kenyans.
However, in his speech Raila attacked Ruto and claimed that in 2013 he promised learner laptops but he never delivered. He said that Ruto who earlier said that he is digital and that Raila is analogue is now offering wheelbarrows to Kenyans. DP Ruto criticised Raila and OKA saying that they are wasting their time in seeking votes from Mount Kenya.
Recently details have emerged on how Ruto and Speaker Justin Muturi are reading from the same script. Ruto had criticised the boardroom meeting held by Raila and OKA with the Mount Kenya tycoons. He said that this is a sign of disregarding the common citizens. He said that it is lack of respect for the hustlers of this nation. It has been reported that Muturi also against such meetings as it is the common citizen who will finally vote and make a choice on who to lead them.
