Members of Parliament, Members of County Assembly, aspirants and allies of the deputy president William Ruto, Amani National Congress party leader Musalia Mudavadi and those allied to Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula today landed in Bungoma town, Bungoma county for ground preparations ahead of tomorrow's team earthquake or rather Kenya Kwanza Alliance's mega rally.
Leading the group was Kimilili member of parliament honourable Didmus Baraza and Bungoma county Deputy governor honourable Kibanani Ngome. Accompanied by aspirants and other grassroots leaders, the two inspected the ongoing erection of tents and public address systems at Kiwanja Ndege grounds where the rally will be held.
This will deputy president William Ruto's third joint rally with his new found friend from the populous Western Kenya region. They held their first and second rallies in Baringo and Nakuru counties respectively.
The team popularly known as earthquake will use the opportunity to drum up support from the Wetangula controlled Bungoma county. Raila is banking of DAP-K party leader Wafula Wamunyinyi and defence cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa to regain ground in the region.
