The IEBC four commissioners had caused myhem during the August presidential election results. This came after they fault their chair about final results announcement.
Recently, the president had formed a tribunal to look into their conduct during the election at Bomas. One of the commissioner Mr. Nyagaya had penned hi resignation yesterday and today, news reaching us is that the Vice chairperson has also resigned.
Working for the election at high ranking position in the country has always never been a relaxing job immediately after election. This is because, the losing presidential candidate always defaults the results. And as such the high ranking officers bears the blame.
With resignation of the commissioners, it is not clear whether now presidential tribunal will go on to give its recommendation. Incase of the recommendation is given to ouster them what next and yet they have vacated the office.
The former prime minister is already drumming up support to oppose their ouster, having defended him.
