According to Mp Barasa he feels, if Juliana Cherera was right then she should have maintained her position but resigning is an indication that she did something wrong.
MP Barasa now notes that this mistake might make Cherera to face the law if action is taken unto her if she breaked the constitution.
"If Juliana Cherera was doing the right thing, then she shouldn't have resigned. Her resignation indicate that she was not doing the right thing as by the Constitution. Let the law takes it Cause," Mp Didmus Barasa said.
Through a statement on Monday, December 5, Juliana Cherera resigned through a letter to President William Ruto in which she informed him of her exit from the electoral body.
