Huge Win To DP Ruto As High Court Dismisses Case Seeking To Oust Him Over Alleged Neglet Of Duty

Kenyans were divided over the Supreme Court's decision to dismiss the case seeking to remove Deputy President William Ruto for alleged neglect of duty.

According to reports, Kenya's second most powerful man, Deputy President Wiliam Samoei Ruto, is overjoyed after winning yet another high court case challenging his authority.

According to reports, one of the lawmakers filed the case seeking his removal from office for allegedly failing to perform his duties. This came after William Ruto openly began his campaigns a few months ago after forming his own political party and leaving the Jubilee coalition.

The case was dismissed by the high court judges, and the court stated that given the ruling that it is a political process reserved for Parliament. Kenyans have reacted positively, with many praising the court for its fair decision.
