Raila Odinga is currently the conversation we have as a country. For the last three years William Ruto has been the only one campaigning. This made him famous across the country. Raila has come back stronger than most people expected. He is using tactics which are giving Ruto a run for his money.
Raila and his close associates has been mobilizing crowds to attend his rallies. This has been the work of William Ruto and his Mps. To counter the hustler wave Raila has to dish money to his meetings wherever he goes. This has been working to his advantage in the recent years.
The other strategy is employing economic slogans to entice the youths. Raila has promised Kenyans that his government will give out 6000 to every unemployed youth. This will go a long way to boost them in their lives.
The 2022 general elections will be a two horse race between Ruto and Raila. The other leaders of OKA have not started campaigning. They are waiting to be called by the highest bidder. Raila has started mentoring upcoming regional kingpins.
