Martha Karua, the leader of the Narc Kenya party, has suffered a severe setback as Kirinyaga Leaders are said to have abandoned her as a result of her most recent action.
Speaking through Kirinyaga Central MP Gachoki Gitari, they asked Martha Karua to accept the defeat and move on, pointing out that she lost with Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga.
Additionally, they advised Karua to avoid wasting time asking the East African Court of Justice for clarity and instead focus on developing young leaders for the future.
They also noted that this is not the first time Karua has gone to court after defeating Anne Waiguru but falling short in his bid to become governor of Kirinyaga.
"She has a history and has visited those courts before, benefiting greatly. She needs to admit that Raila Odinga and she both lost. Allow them to observe, check, and ensure that the government is kept on its toes "He stated.
The Kirinyaga Leaders' opposition to Karua's most recent decision and their consequent refusal to cooperate with the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition appear to be indisputable facts.
