Former prime minister Raila Odinga will today camp in Nakuru county for a series of political engagements in the county.
Raila and his entourage will first attend a church service in the county before making several stop overs to popularize his 2022 presidential bid under Azimio La Umoja movement.
Laikipia governor Nderitu Muriithi and Kieni legislator Kanini Kega have already landed in Njoro ahead of Raila Odinga arrival. The two leaders from Mount Kenya region have turned up to be close allies and supporters of Raila Odinga.


"Njoro here we come. The 5th is around" wrote Kieni legislator Kanini Kega on his official Facebook page.

Several leaders from Mount Kenya region are expected to accompany the ODM party chief in his Nakuru county tour. Nakuru governor Lee Kinyanjui will lead Nakuru leaders and grassroot leaders in welcoming the former prime minister.
This is the second tour of Raila Odinga in larger Mount Kenya region. He officially began his campaigns at Thika stadium in Kiambu county.
