Speaking on Sunday, 22nd May, 2022 during a hailstorm Kenya Kwanza Coalition rally in Nakuru, Kuria hinted that Nakuru county led by United Democratic Alliance (UDA) gubernatorial candidate and Incumbent senator Susan Kihika should unapologetically deliver more than 1.2M votes to hustler nation basket, Kiambu to deliver more than 1.5M votes unconstitutionally to Ruto's presidency while Nairobi gubernatorial hopeful Johnson Sakaja to deliver 1.7M votes.
According to Kuria, almost 4.5M votes have been set aside to give Ruto a good start for presidential race against his chief opponent Azimio - One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
"Susan Kihika should bring more than 1.2M votes Nakuru. I will personally deliver more than 1.5 votes from Kiambu and we have also given Sakaja a target of 1.7M votes. All these votes will add up to 4.5M and this will give Ruto a good start to compete with Azimio's candidate Raila" said Kuria.
He also noted that Kenya Kwanza Alliance should beat Raila with a bigger margin in next election owing to the allegations that most of Mt Kenya popular and influential legislators are allied to Kenya Kwanza Alliance.
He noted that defeating Raila in next election shouldn't be the end for the fight against Azimio - One Kenya. Terming Azimio allied lawmakers as eggs, Kuria added that Azimio candidates eyeing for elective seats should not be voted for.
"Kenya Kwanza has all Mt Kenya leaders who commands huge following. Defeating Raila shouldn't be the end against dynasties, we should also not elect leaders associated to Azimio - One Kenya starting from Lee Kinyanjui here in Nakuru. Tutamaliza Raila na Mayai yake. Mayai yake ni hawa Kinyanjui" added Kuria
