Former IEBC Boss Roselyn Akombe Lands New Electoral Job in USA, Kenyans React

Former Independent Electoral Board Commission (IEBC) boss Roselyn Akombe has finally landed herself a lucrative deal with the electoral body in the United States.

Akombe who resigned and fled Kenya before the repeat of the presidential election on 2017 citing multiple irregularities in the IEBC that wasn't in a position to deliver credible repeat election.

Akombe who has been living in the US got a golden opportunity to oversee US elections said that it was a great honor and pleasure to server in such a capacity.

"It is always an honor and pleasure to serve," Dr Akombe said.

Akombe revealed this through her Twitter account where she posted a picture with a a badge written " Union county board of elections.. board worker."

Her tweet has since attracted mixed reactions from Kenyans with most congratulating her for the appointment. Below are some of the reactions:
