Raila Receives A Big Boost After British News Company Recognized Martha Karua As His Running Mate

The ODM leader Rt Hon Raila Odinga's big role in the African Union as top figure, distinguished democrat as well as African statesman has earned him recognition and a special place among the world leaders as he takes a 5th stab at the presidential race.

Various media houses from Kenya and across the world have been following and airing the live event at the Kenyatta International Conference Center (KICC) grounds in Nairobi whereby the former Prime Minister stole the moment and nominated the first female running mate in Kenya's presidential race.

Kenyans from the Azimio camp have celebrated and expressed their joy after Mr. Odinga made the big announcement after waiting with a bathed breathe for a very long time. The recognition of Raila's deputy by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has added the excitement with Kenyans claiming that this is big news to Odinga's ambitions to clinch to power after Uhuru's tenure.
