Lugari MP Aspirant Codemns IEBC for Rejecting Jimmy Wanjigi’s Presidential Bid

Lugari Member of Parliament Aspirant Mr.James Luchivia has called out Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission(IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati for barring Safina Presidential Candidate Jimmy Wanjigi from running for the country’s top seat.

Luchivia noted with concern that Mr Wanjigi was not given fair treatment since he poses all the requirements needed by IEBC.

According to Wafula Chebukati, Wanjigi provided transcripts instead of the required degree certificate and that he failed to meet the requisite signatures and copies of IDs of those who approved his presidential bid.

Mr. Wanjigi has today, moved to high court to contest these decision which was upheld by the IEBC dispute tribunal.

Mr James Luchivia, who is also the Safina Youth Leader in Kakamega county, stated that he was very optimistic that he will emerge victorious in Lugari parliamentary hot seat.

The Seat has attracted 12 candidates from various political parties in the county.

Once elected Mr. Luchvia has promised to prioritise education of all children regardless of status by bringing on education mentors across the Constituency and also nature talents of the young generation.

Public health will also be among his priorities by ensuring all health facilities are to puff and all ward have emergency Ambulances and healthcare centers.

Employment opportunity to Youth, women and men and business support with soliciting for direct employment to public sector will also be promised.

Luchivia has also promised to improve infrastructure and security . ie. Roads , water, electricity , police posts and stations

Creation of Social Walfare Funds to cater for Vulnerable in our society and them affected by unforeseen fire ,death . disability.

He will also incorpate churches and other Faith's in all matters affecting in Lugari costituecy
