Trump Dealt a Blow Hours After Claiming Biden Must Prove Votes in Order to Enter Statehouse

Incumbent US President Donald Trump has been dealt a big blow after court rejected his appeal over the Pennsylvania race.

The appeal is among Donald Trump's efforts to challenge election results in a case that could reach the U.S. supreme Court if Trump appeals.

In a statement by the court,it said Trump's campaign team lacks evidence and has no merit.

"Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy.Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,"Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee and former law school professor, wrote for the three-judge panel.

The case had been dismissed last week after Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani failed to offer tangible proof of that in court.

The ruling comes a few hours after Trump claimed President-elect Joe Biden must prove votes weren't 'illegally obtained' in order to enter White House.

"Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegally obtained. When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Milwaukee, massive voter fraud, he’s got a big unsolvable problem!"posted Donald Trump
