Wanjigi is ready to compete with party leader Raila Odinga for the ODM presidential ticket for the 2022 General Election. Wanjigi is now calling for fresh leadership in the Orange Democratic Movement. He says that ODM can't keep on doing things the same way and keep expecting a new outcome.
He has challenged the ODM National Elections Board (NEB) board to conduct free and fair primaries to enhance democracy.
Wanjigi a well known businessman and political strategist. His experience in business world is much needed in transformation of this great nation Kenya. With no dominant party in Mt Kenya, Wanjigi believes that making ODM active in the region, gives him an upper hand in the race to State House.
