Media plays a critical role in informing, educating, sensitizing the society and increasing trust in the Government.
The nation media group with it's huge listenership and viewership would be up an ideal partner to work with the county government of Kiambu in transforming the lives of the residents of Kiambu.
Yesterday, the county governor of Kiambu James Nyoro hosted a team from the Nation media. The courtesy call was led by their Chief Executive officer Stephen Gitagama where they discussed on the issues Concerning the areas of Congress and partnerships.
One such area is in development communication where the county government will seek to engage stakeholders through media,to inform, educate and provide an exchange platform on the Kiambu County Development Agenda.
There is also an opportunity for the Nation media group through their CSR program to support Economic and social projects in the county. This will also help the residents benefit from the partnership of the county government with the media group.
