Ruto The 5th: Check How Ruto Was Cheered As He Left Meru (Video)
By TurboNews (self media writer) | 1 month ago
Deputy President William Ruto on Saturday visited Meru county for his popularization campaigns. He arrived there late from Tharaka Nithi where he had engaged with the locals in another rally. The Meru tour ended late in the evening as it had started late.
When Ruto was leaving for Nairobi, hustlers of Meru decided to escort him. They followed his motorcade as he headed to where his helicopter was waiting. From a video shared online, Ruto could be seen waving at the people who followed his car very closely.
"Tunawatakia baraka za mwenyezi Mungu. Thank you very much, God bless you and we love you very much the good people of Meru," Ruto said as the vehicles made their exit from the town.
After saying this, Ruto bent to the side of his car and greeted some of his supporters. With only 37 days to the general elections, politicians don't want to waste any time in their campaigns. They have even resorted to campaigning at night to get more supporters.
