Ruto slammed the leaders who pushed the BBI for the last three years saying they didn't care for the state of ordinary Kenyans.
In his speech,William Ruto applauded the fall of BBI stating it was the worst political route that could have overburden already burdened taxpayers.
Ruto stated that he's going to implement a bottom-up economy where "hustlers" will have the first priority to make ends meet and have BBI under AOB (any other business).
"Those people who choked Kenyans with BBI have to apologise. In my government ordinary citizens will have the first priority and BBI will be a talk of Any other business. Hawa watu wa BBI watajua hawajui,"said Ruto as the excited crowd chanted UDA and hustler slogans
He also urged his supporters to register for next year's general elections, an exercise which is going to kick off from tomorrow's Monday 4th October,2021.
"The Hustler Nation's priority is the creation of jobs and expansion of business opportunities through the establishment of a friendly investment environment. I urge the millions of young people to come out and register as voters from tomorrow so that they can define their destiny,"reads Ruto's statement
Dp Ruto has been in Kisii County the better part of Sunday to popularise his 2022 Presidential bid.He made several stopovers where he received an overwhelming reception from the gusii community.
