Whoever is Announced as Winner Let's Continue With Our Lives as One- Raila Close Ally Says

The rivalry between Deputy President William Ruto and president Uhuru Kenyatta's handshake soulmate Raila Odinga is now bringing tension among Kenyans who are eager to hear from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC on who will lead them for the next five years.

However, as the rivalry continues, allies of the two horses are currently preaching peace, asking Kenyans to remain calm in the entire exercise, with assertions that the Country will still move on after the election, hence no sort of violence should be witnessed.

This has not left out former prime minister Raila Odinga close ally and Nairobi Governor Ann Kananu. Through her Twitter social media handle, she has said whoever will be announced as the winner by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), peace and unity should be inevitable, arguing that we should continue with life as one natioi.

"There will be KENYA after the elections. Whoever is announced as the winner, let's continue with our lives as one, peaceful and united country," Ann Kananu has said.
