Rarieda MP Atiende Omollo has blast the National Cohesion And Integration commissions for putting some legislators in the just released list of shame.
Speaking in one of the interactive programmes in one of the television the legislator claimed the commission could have summoned the accused legislators.
According to former Ombudsman leader he stated that the commission should be neutral in carrying out their duties.
The legislators who were emerged in the list were MP Simba Arati,Johana Ng'eno Syvanus Osoro and former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko.
Sylvanus Osoro and Simba Arati came to limelight after fighting in Kiss during the burial of Kisii Deputy Governor's father.
According to NCIC the said legislators should be prosecuted on what they term their actions amounts to incitements.
The NCIC has been less active as compared to when Francis Olekaparo was heading the commission.
Nairobi ex-governor Mike Sonko and Syvanus Osoro are both close allies of Deputy President William Ruto
